Specifications:

Self aligning ball bearings are constructed with the inner ring and ball assembly contained within an outer ring

that hasa spherical self aligning ball bearing has two rows of balls.

There is a common spherical raceway whose center of curvature accords with the bearing center.

Even through the inner race, the steel balls and the holder incline relative to the outer race, the bearing can rotate.

So the bearing is self aligning, and will not be affected by shaft disalignment relative to the bearing box.

The self aligning ball bearing is mainly subject to radial load. It can also be subject to a minimum of axial load,

but it usually can not be subject to pure axial load.

This construction allows the bearing to tolerate a small angular misalignment resulting from deflection or improper

mounting.

Method of extending the bearing’s lifetime:

1. The installation is correct, that affects precision, life, performance.

2. Don't allow strong impact, such as hammer striking, transfer roller pressure

3. Use the accurate installation tool, avoid to use cloth kind and short fibers

4. Lubricate the bearing to avoid rust with high quality mineral oil, especially in summer

5. General inspection, such as the surrounding temperature, vibrate, noise inspection

6. Keep bearing cleaning from dirt, dust, pollutant, moisture.

7. Bearing should not be ultra cooled.
