FL-3015 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine is achieved by powerful laser focused on object to cause instant melting and evaporation, with original fiber laser imported from IPG laser Group in Germany. Automatic cutting is controlled by digitalized mechanic system. This machine has condensed the technologies of laser, digital, and precise mechanics.
2.1. Split type designed and independent operation table. It can be moved according to the condition. Comfortable and easy operation.
2.2. Imported servo motor working table, traveling area 1500mm*3000mm.
2.3. Laser head can be adjusted through the Z axis, traveling area 0-100mm
3. Main Features
3.1. It can be widely used to cut plates such as: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, etc.
3.2. Strong cutting ability: 500W type can stainless cut up to 8mm.
3.3. Low cutting cost: It can cut with air, and its cost is USD 0.5 - 1. The exact cost includes electricity 3-6 degrees per hour, lens protection USD 0.08 - 0.16 per hour, and no any other costs. If you use O2 or N2, The cost should be increased by USD 2.4 - 4.8. (As the shape and thickness are different, the gas consumption will be different.)

12. INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
SELLER personnel will supervise the machine installation and commissioning
The service comprises of:
1. Supply of qualified technician(s).
2. Supervision of customer’s personnel for:
a) Positioning of machine
b) Running of cables and hoses from service entry point
c) Connection of electrical cables and gas hoses to the machine
3. Customer’s Responsibility
a) An air compressor (mainly used in pneumatic movements)
b) A bottle of liquid oxygen (preferable with a liquefier)
c) Power: 380V 50HZ 3 phases(with a 30KW regulator)
d) Gases, Air and Electrical supplies are available for the connection to the machine at the nominated points.
e) Customer is to ensure the site is clear prior to commencement of Installation, adjusting and training.
f) Supply of labors, carnages and insurance to unload machine and assist with installation work under the direction of DADE installation supervisor
g) Supply of mechanical fitters and one electrical fitter for the duration of the installation.
h) Supply of plate and consumables for commissioning test, machine alignment and training.
i) Weatherproof building, as warranty will be void if machine is subject to elements
j) Suitable concrete floor
1. At the completion of commissioning, SELLER technician will commence Training.
The customer shall provide sufficient material and consumables to ensure satisfactory completion to the training.
2. The training will comprise of:
a) Overview of machine
b) Control features and operation
c) Machine maintenance and adjustment
d) Supervised running of machine
The training of the machine operator is concurrent with the installation, therefore personnel must be available at all
