2. Description:
Mixing chamber has integrated construction, frond/rear wall of mixing chamber can be directly dismantled without remove of feeding device and ram, allowing convenient maintenance. Inside of mixing chamber is stack welded with hard anti-resistance alloy and afterwards receive ground finish contributing to a long service life. Frond/ rear wall of mixing chamber are drilled periphery orifices in order to effectively transfer heat.

6. Competitive Advantage:

   Feeding device and ram

Feeding device composes of left/right sidewall, front/rear sidewall, up/down wall, feeding door and cylinder that controls feeding door to open or close. On both sides of feeding door, stainless steel plates are located. A larger size of feeding port is designed in order to shorten feeding time.

Feeding system locates in top of mixing chamber, parts of it are connected by high intension screw. In throat position of hopper, there are replaceable wearing plates in mixing chamber and sidewall plate.

Port in back-side of feeding door is used for feeding black carbon. There is another opening window for white filler.

Ram is fixed on top of feeding device, and consists of ram, piston bar, cylinder and seals parts. On foursquare of ram fix four anti-friction bar by screws, its rubber contact area is stack welded a layer of hard anti-resistance. Ram is channeled by cooling water, and equipped with maintenance safety device. 

Ram pressure to rubber compounds is adjustable according to processing requirements of rubber compounds. Hydraulic ram control will be with PLC control system.

Up and down travel time of ram is no more than 6S

Up, down, descending and cleaning positions of ram are controlled by no touch limit switches.

 

   Discharge device and hydraulic control system

Discharge device comprise of discharge door, rotary cylinder and latch device etc.

Discharge door type: turn-over type. Open and close action of discharge door is driven by to-and-fros gear rack rotary cylinder. In close position, the discharge door is latched through locking shoe by latch cylinder.

During mixing, latch slider stands most rubber compounds pressure to discharge door, with slant latching contact surface which receives hardening treatment, suitable for long service time and convenience maintenance.

On top of discharge door, the rubber contact surface is stack welded a layer of hard anti-resistance alloy.with cooling orifice in periphery, through which the medium input from inner orifice of discharge door shaft, can form a cycle loop for heating and cooling. 

When discharge , rotary cylinder have the discharge door opened with a angle of 165°.

Discharge door and latch device are actuated by hydraulic system, which subdivide to main loop, pressure-hold loop and trouble manual pump loop. Pressure-hold loop is driven by accumulator. Discharge door should be opened automatically in working condition. When electric breakdown, electric pump doesn’t work, open discharge door through manual pump instead.

Main pump, close -loop proportion valve, solenoid directional valve, overflow valve, reducing valve all adopts imported products.

 

Drive unit 

Drive device for internal mixer consists of AC motor with inverter, gearbox, flexible coupling, drum-shaped gear coupling etc. Gearbox is full hard teeth type. All driven gears and speed ratio gears are put in the gearbox. It has self-cooling lubrication cycle filter system, with flow, pressure, and temperature inspection alarm device. The reducer has long use life and low noise.

High voltage transformer is excluded in offer.

 

Lubricating system 

Internal mixer has maturely separated automatically lubrication system, which has two oil pump for lubrication oil supplying with Max oil supplying pressure 63MPa.

The oil box of pump is equipped with up/ down rubber level meter.

Oil supply pipe is equipped with solenoid valve, through up/ down rubber level meter automatically control oil supply. Two pump has low alarm.

Lubrication system can be divided to the following parts:

Processing oil pump which continuously supply oil for static and dynamic wearing rings located in rotor seals area.

Processing oil pump supply oil for loop gap in rotor seals area, with oil supplied amount adjusted by Mitsubishi frequency-conversion speed regulator. Oil supply will stop when non-load.

 

Temperature measure 

Reliable temperature measurement of rubber compounds can be got through a anti-resistance thermocouple sensor fixed on top of drop door,.

12 points for main machine bearing temperature patrol test; 2 for main motor bearing, 4 for main machine bearing, 4 for wearing ring, 2 for gearbox input shaft

Equipment warranty period: machine for one year, electrical appliances for six months. In the warranty period, we provide free technical support and accessories. After the warranty period, we also provide technical support for free and lowest price of spare parts.


8. Option
Internal mixer with intermeshing rotor can be used for plasticizing, mixing and final mixing resin, rubber, plastic and other materials for hard rubber products, seals, moulds, PVC as well as material for various plastic products. It is especially suitable for mixing mixture of rubber and plastics, rubber compounds and short fiberfill, and for plasticizing, mixing and final mixing hot sensitive rubber components.
 
9. commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
   (1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
   (2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
   (1) Commissioning will have been made before shipment
   (2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
   one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the              equipment if the customer requests.
   Customers need topay the charge of our technicians.
